Some fucking idiot is getting trained where I wanted to be trained and have asked to be trained since day one because she flirts with the new manager. Even though she’s a complete fucking idiot and can barely pick up things and make them beep across a scanner. She calls out all the time and shows up late but gets trained in another area in less than 3 months and I can barely get somewhere that gets a raise after being here a year. BUT IT’S A GOOD THING TARGET DOESN’T HAVE UNIONS SO THE PEOPLE WHO NEED TO TALK TO THE MANAGEMENT DON’T HAVE TO DO IT BY THEMSELVES.
